Welcome to the Cataract Falls Lodge at the entrance to the state recreation area. A one minute walk from the lodge into the park and you will be standing at the overlook of the most spectacular waterfall in the Midwest. The lodge itself is broken up into three units, each with its own measure of elegance. This unit, Parkside, offers two rooms, 1 bedroom and 1 great room with attached kitchenette. Inquire about renting the entire lodge for a family gathering, and enjoy the park.

Bill's place was great! We felt at home as soon as we walked in the door. The unit looks exactly as pictured. It is small but they made very good use of the space, perfect for two people.

This is a brand new, completely renovated home that is broken into three units or can be opened up and rented as one large rental for a big group. It is beautifully decorated and has great finishes.

What an amazing place. There are too many extras to list them all. The outdoor swing and fire pit are great for views under the stars. The shower is awesome. If you are looking for a spot in this area, be sure to consider this.

Parkside Explorer is serene, beautiful, homey and immaculately appointed… including both the larger and smaller design details. Well laid out, the space is both handy and comfy.

This suite was everything we needed for our stay. It was very clean, comfy, and was in a neat location. The bed was very comfy but was very high up, which could cause a problem for some visitors maybe.

We were absolutely blown away! The location is perfect! The covered bridge and the falls are basically in your front yard. Very clean and cozy.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Cataract Falls Lodge. The Parkside Suite was immaculate and exactly as advertised. I loved the location, too, with the hiking trail along the cataract falls being so close.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! The location is so incredibly beautiful. Cataract Falls are right out the back door.

The place had a little campfire area that was really cute along with lights. Sound kind of travels through the walls a little bit that’s the worst of it. The falls were beautiful and a very close walk.
