The Pond House was simply perfect. We truly felt like we were guests of the owners as not a detail was overlooked. The space was cozy, sparkly clean and had a great view of the pond.

This is a perfect place for rural getaway in central Indiana. Beautiful setting. Quiet. Modern accommodations close to DePauw / Greencastle. Helpful hosts. Super clean and comfortable.

We truly enjoyed our stay in the Pond House. The property is a little slice of heaven! Michele and Neil were gracious hosts who made sure we were comfortable. The location is quiet and peaceful but has easy access to Greencastle.

We loved our stay at the Pond House for our daughter’s graduation from DePauw. The porch was relaxing and the pond was fun to fish. I enjoyed walking the property trails in the morning and evening.

Nice little getaway! Close to DePauw University, but far enough to feel away from it all! Lovely grounds, perfect pond, and the little house is perfect for a pair. We would definitely recommend this cozy, charming little space!

Perfect little guest house. We rented this along with the farmhouse. My parents slept in the master, my sister and bro-in-law slept in the pullout in the living room, and my cousin crashed in the loft.
