The location is perfect, walkable to DePauw campus and all the restaurants downtown. Plenty of parking. Easy to access. Very clean inside and had everything we needed.

Allen was awesome. This location was beautiful and was very fitting and welcoming for my family of 5 for a weekend trip! Thank you Allen, we are very excited to come back next year!

Perfect location close to DePauw's campus as well as the bars and restaurants on the square. Neat older house that has been well renovated. I especially liked having a separate room and desk to work at while I was in town.

I stayed here for two weeks for temporary housing while I was out of my place. Allen was very responsive, helpful, and fair when communicating with him about my stay.

Due to it was graduation time for Depauw —with not a lot of options - it wasn’t too crazy priced but it was still a lot for a one bedroom and a sofa couch - I did recommend to Allen he really needs a table and chairs to eat at -…

Allen was very responsive and helped work thru some initial issues. A little tighter for 3 people but we made it work. The location was great for Depauw graduation and Greencastle downtown. Ample free parking.
